Tom Saba
President
A native of Bakersfield, Tom received a bachelor of science degree in marketing from California State University Bakersfield. Tom lives in Bakersfield with his wife and two children. He also enjoys running marathons and painting.
Becky Ponce
Office Manager
Becky joined Creative Concepts in 2000 as a sales assistant/administrative assistant. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, watching and playing sports: baseball, basketball, football and volleyball.
Ian Perry
Account Executive
Ian has 22 years of experience in the recognition apparel industry and has fostered innovation in the DTG and Embroidery industry for the last 10 years. Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys and generally enjoys the creative process. His hobbies are cooking and travel.
Peter Recicar
Account Executive
Originally from Czechoslovakia, Peter holds a doctorate in Art and is fluent in 5 languages. In his free time, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, Kathy and their son, Ryan.
Tom Thompson
Senior Account Executive, Sales Division
A native of Shafter, Tom is a graduate of Bakersfield College. After college, he served three years with Uncle Sam then completed a twenty year career in finance before joining the Creative Concepts family in 2000.
Cathy Berthiaume
Senior Account Executive, Creative Division
Cathy has been with the agency since 1996. She has won several Addy awards for design work, and also coordinates marketing and advertising campaigns. She also enjoys reading, gardening and most of all, spending time with her family.
Jeri Hickman
Senior Account Executive, Media Division
Jeri joined Saba Agency after a 29 year career with The Bakersfield Californian newspaper. In her spare time, Jeri enjoys reading, golfing and shooting.

Sharon Spittler
Senior Account Executive
Sharon has been a part of the Bakersfield community for more than 20 years. She brings with her 15 years of advertising and branding experience, with an emphasis on digital communications. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Front End Developer & Designer
Before Nec joined Saba Agency in 2015, he attended UC Merced, pursuing a degree in Computer Science. In his free time Nec enjoys spending time playing computer games and with his border collie: R2.
Charlie McKay
Graphic Designer & Social Media Strategist
Charlie was born and raised in Tehachapi, and studied graphic design at Bakersfield College. Charlie specializes in Social Media and Digital Marketing. In his spare time Charlie enjoys fishing, computers, reading and raising his adorable triplets.
